Our Story
We've all been there.
You find the perfect pair. The colourway is clean. The silhouette is right. You've been eyeing them for weeks. You order them — maybe from Nike, Adidas, New Balance, or Puma — and when they finally arrive, something's just... off.
Too tight across the front. A squeeze at the sides. You size up and now there's too much room at the heel. You wear them anyway, because they look good. By afternoon, your feet are done.
Sound familiar?

Here's what no one was saying out loud.
The problem was never your feet.
The problem was that every major sneaker brand in the world designs to a Western last — a narrow, low-volume foot mould built around UK, US, and EU foot shapes. Indian feet are different. We have a broader forefoot, a wider heel girth, and a higher length-to-width ratio. Our arches are built differently too — with a higher prevalence of flat feet across the subcontinent that demands real support, not an afterthought insole.
The result? Millions of Indians walking around in shoes that were simply never made for them. Shoe bites on day one. Discomfort by midday. Long-term wear leading to joint stress, posture issues, and in some cases, accelerated flat foot conditions.
And the returns. Nearly 1 in 2 sneakers ordered online in India gets sent back. Not because people don't know their size — but because the size was never designed for them to begin with.

NOCO started with one question.
What if we just made the shoe right?
No global template. No copy-paste last from a factory in Portland or Guangzhou. We went back to basics — spent months with real sneaker lovers across India. Diehard collectors. Daily wearers. The kids who know every colourway drop and still can't find a pair that fits past 3pm.
We measured. We listened. We rebuilt.
The NOCO last is engineered around the Indian foot — wider forefoot allowance, fuller heel cup, and arch support that accounts for how Indian feet actually sit and move. Every pair in our debut collection is built on this foundation.

This is not a sneaker brand that happened to be Indian.
This is a sneaker brand that was made for Indian feet — from the ground up.
NOCO. Built different. Because you are.
